This is a project-based role for candidates based in Poland, joining an ongoing project to specify device integrations for an IoT platform for smart private workspaces in airports and hotels. You will work closely with hardware vendors (with Tech Lead support) and the client’s teams, check client requests against the contract, and handle change requests with facts and documents.

Requirements

• Based in Poland
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience on IoT projects: devices, protocols, device-to-cloud
• Regular use of AI tools in your BA work: requirements, documentation, analysis
• Experience on fixed-price projects, including change requests
• Experience working with hardware vendors
• Strong negotiation skills and a fact-based approach to scope and priorities discussions
• English at B2+
