Trilitech is the London-based R&D and entrepreneurship hub for the Tezos blockchain, focused on protocol development, DeFi and real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation. The team builds products such as Uranium.io and Metals.io and invests in third-party tokenised RWAs.

Responsibilities

• Review issuer documentation (offering memoranda, token terms, subscription agreements, protocol/whitelist agreements, tripartite/assurance letters) and deliver a short, prioritised red-flag report focused on exit and recourse
• Assess redemption rights, extraordinary-event/termination clauses, reserve segregation/bankruptcy remoteness, limitation of liability, transfer restrictions and governing law implications
• Negotiate or clarify provisions with issuers' counsel and hold counsel-to-counsel calls when needed (e.g. side letters, binding redemption commitments, information or MFN rights)
• Turn around reviews quickly (typically within a few days) and highlight practical fixes or asks

Requirements

• Associate or counsel background in fund formation, asset management or financial regulatory practice
• Hands-on exposure to digital assets and tokenisation
• Experience with offshore fund structures (e.g. BVI, Cayman)
• Ability to produce concise, practical advice and deliver reviews within a short timeframe

Nice to have

• Experience reviewing tokenised funds, commodities or other RWA structures from the investor side
• Experience negotiating side letters
• Concise, practical legal writing
