This is a strategic leadership role for a fast-growing international prop trading company in Dubai, with direct access to the CEO, but it is also genuinely hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Work across customer personas and funnel architecture
• Work across acquisition, conversion, retention and lifecycle
• Work across international GTM and new market launches
• Work across paid, content, CRM, affiliates, influencers and community
• Work across marketing analytics, CAC/LTV, ROAS and attribution
• Build and develop the marketing team and capabilities
• Connect Head of Growth and Head of Content functions around one clear commercial strategy
• Ensure marketing translates into measurable business growth

Requirements

• Experience helping scale a high-growth B2C digital or e-commerce business, ideally across multiple markets
• Comfort setting the direction and getting into the funnels, numbers and campaigns personally
• Relevant backgrounds may include fintech, trading, crypto, e-commerce, marketplaces, consumer apps, food delivery, gaming or other high-volume digital products
