An international company is looking for an experienced HR professional for their office in Limassol.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding staff for various company departments.
• Handling the entire hiring process: drafting employment contracts and ensuring compliance with Cypriot labor laws.
• Liaising with government agencies regarding work permits, visas, and registration.
• Organizing employee training and development, and evaluating employee performance.
• Advising management and employees on HR matters.
• Maintaining internal HR documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in HR, preferably in the financial sector.
• Excellent knowledge of Cypriot labor laws.
• Experience handling local documentation (work permits, visas, etc.).
• Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of HR processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Work permit for Cyprus.
