Corporate Legal Officer / Legal Counsel

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Legal Officer to join a dynamic and professional team!

Responsibilities

• Handle daily corporate matters and prepare corporate documentation (resolutions, minutes, share certificates, PoAs, etc.)
• Draft, review, and revise agreements and legal documents
• Maintain corporate records, certificates, and KYC documentation
• Conduct legal research on various matters
• Assist with GDPR compliance (Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies, etc.)
• Handle employment-related legal matters

Requirements

• Degree in Law
• 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience
• Fluent English and Greek (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team
• Cyprus Bar Association registration is not required

Nice to have

• Experience in the IT/Tech sector is a plus
