Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Technical Lead & Solution Architect

This role involves taking technical ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, focusing on stability, scalability, continuous development, automation, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the technical architecture of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform
• Establish and enforce consistent development standards, best practices, and technical governance
• Provide technical guidance to CRM developers, including architectural reviews, code reviews, and final technical approval of solutions
• Serve as the technical authority for major architectural decisions and production readiness
• Develop a deep understanding of Wix's internal development environment, engineering infrastructure, tools, and technical standards
• Own the integration architecture connecting Wix's internal systems and infrastructure with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure services

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Customer Engagement / Customer Service applications
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure services, and Dynamics 365 architecture
• Proven experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or ownership of complex enterprise platforms
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation
• Experience designing and maintaining complex integrations between enterprise systems, cloud services, and internal infrastructure
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience in a large-scale technology company with an established internal engineering ecosystem
• Experience leading or mentoring software developers
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot, Azure AI services, and AI cost optimization
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure Solution Architecture
