Build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure using the Pear platform and the Bare runtime.
Record clear, high-quality screen-share walkthroughs and video demos of builds.
Translate protocol updates, cryptographic primitives, and docs into visual, developer-friendly content (code-alongs, guides, repos).
Collaborate with P2P protocol and product engineering teams on Pear and Bare features.
Rapidly prototype demos (peer-to-peer chat, file-sync, data-replication) to showcase serverless products.
Work with technical influencers and developer advocates to provide turn-key assets and co-create challenges.

3–6+ years in a technical role (Technical Content Creation, Solutions Engineering, Backend/Systems Development).
Strong programming skills (e.g., NodeJS, C/C++) to work with P2P networking and runtime internals.
Solid understanding of peer-to-peer networking, distributed systems, hypercore/append-only logs.
Experience recording and editing technical screen-share or terminal videos (Loom, Camtasia, Screenflow, etc.).
Developer empathy: ability to identify demo projects that attract builders and operators.
Self-starter comfortable working autonomously across global time zones.
