Quantum Machines is looking for a senior Product Operations Manager to build and run the operating system behind their product organization, focusing on roadmap planning, release and launch, customer feedback, prioritization, and enablement.

Responsibilities

Own product metrics and performance reporting, defining and building product OKRs and KPIs, keeping them current, and running the reporting cadence
Measure the process itself, tracking delivery predictability, cycle time, intake throughput, and launch readiness, surfacing failures, and implementing fixes
Run the product processes, owning the roadmap process, release and launch cycle, prioritization mechanics, and readiness gate
Close the feedback loop, building a single intake for the voice of the customer and turning it into prioritized, traceable input to the roadmap
Instrument adoption, standing up product adoption and feature-usage measurement, and feeding insights back into roadmap and enablement decisions
Own the product enablement content system, ensuring internal and external training material, launch communication, and sales/support materials are accurate and current
Hold the interfaces, owning handoffs and information flow between R&D, Marketing, and Sales
Drive NPI and product catalog, operating the new product introduction process end to end

Requirements

5+ years in product operations, product management, business operations, or a comparable role in a technology company, including ownership of cross-functional processes end to end
A track record of designing a process from scratch, getting people to adopt it, and showing the result in numbers
Experience building and running a performance reporting cadence for a leadership audience
Strong data instincts: comfortable defining metrics, building dashboards, and working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and BI or warehouse data
Excellent written communication
The judgment to work with senior stakeholders across R&D, Product, Marketing, and Sales, and the persistence to close loops that others leave open

Nice to have

Background in physics, engineering, or another technical field, or experience supporting a deep-tech or hardware-plus-software product
Experience with product analytics and usage instrumentation
Exposure to quantum computing, scientific instrumentation, or advanced R&D environments
