Описание
Команда развивает подписочные онлайн-сервисы для широкой аудитории, которые упрощают сложные задачи — от создания резюме до подготовки юридических документов.
Responsibilities
- Build the design system, including tokens, components, and a Figma library, grown alongside the screens.
- Design every feature down to the last state: the editor, its tools, the dashboard, with errors, empty states, and edge cases.
- Treat mobile as an equal, ensuring adaptive web on phone and desktop meets the same standard, with a native app on the horizon.
- Keep the build honest by reviewing every feature on staging before production, catching broken layouts and clumsy type.
- Own the form; concepts and feature behavior come from founders, but the form is yours; if a flow doesn't hold up on screen, propose a better one.
Requirements
- Possess strong interface and UX craft, maintaining high standards for spacing, typography, hierarchy, and edge cases.
- Bring a refined taste for editorial typography, thin rules, and restraint; more signal, less noise.
- Have systems thinking, having built a design system that survived contact with a real product, including tokens, components, and a navigable Figma file.
- Prioritize flawless over fast, maintaining a steady, predictable pace.
- Demonstrate 80/20 instinct, finding the few things that deliver most of the result, using quick hallway tests for research.
- Be close to code, enabling clean handoffs, design reviews, and sensible trade-offs with engineers; understanding code is a plus, sending your own PRs is a big plus.
- Be self-driven, organizing yourself, taking ownership, and completing long work without being pushed.
- Have shipped a whole product, with 5+ years in product design, including at least one product designed end to end and carried to production.
- Native app experience is a plus.
- Clear English UX copy is a plus.
