The Professional Services team is focused on delivering cloud-based quality solutions for Life Sciences customers, partnering closely with enterprise accounts to drive successful implementations and adoption of best practices. As a Lead Consultant, you will be at the forefront of the mission, leading a team of Veeva colleagues and working side-by-side with one of the key enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex software implementations for Life Sciences customers
• Manage projects and programs from inception through delivery ensuring value realization
• Act as a primary liaison between customers and Veeva, guiding adoption of best practices
• Coach and lead a team of Veeva colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Develop innovative approaches to project delivery and agile practices

Requirements

• Experienced in Life Sciences software implementation and program/project management
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with enterprise customers
• Comfortable with agile delivery and driving value for customers
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling large-scale initiatives
• Proven track record delivering complex software implementations in Life Sciences
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and solutions in the Life Sciences domain
