An international iGaming company is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of HR to lead and develop its HR function.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR function, including recruitment, HR operations and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business objectives
• Drive end-to-end recruitment, including senior management and C-level positions
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews and retention initiatives
• Oversee payroll coordination, employment contracts, benefits and HR administration
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour legislation and employment regulations
• Implement HR KPIs, reporting, performance management and process improvements
• Build and develop a high-performing HR team and support organisational growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in an HR leadership position
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations and people management
• Solid knowledge of Cyprus labour law and HR compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech or high-risk industries is a strong advantage
