Product Designer

Описание

This role is about inventing the future of AI-powered work tools and shaping Granola into a multiplayer, multi-platform tool for various tasks beyond notes. You will influence the design DNA and create design processes within a design-forward founding team.

Responsibilities

• Work on early feature definition, collaborating with engineers to ship features and market them
• Level up the fit and finish of the product to create a beautifully crafted experience
• Spend hours each week with users to investigate use cases, test new features, and build a sense of future development
• Prototype, test, and iterate, balancing exploration of wild ideas with perfecting promising features and interactions
• Evolve the brand and design language, ensuring consistent application across the product

Requirements

• At least a few years of experience shipping beautifully designed products to real users (senior/staff-level role)
• Systems thinker who has worked on open-ended tools, not just A-to-B flows
• Ability to be scrappy when figuring out features and to hone in on details when building conviction
• Natural prototyper who prioritizes trying ideas to see how they feel
• Drawn to solving problems in code and with the latest AI tools, staying on the bleeding edge
• Measures designs by what shipped, not just a Figma file
• Comfortable working across Mac, iOS, and web platforms, with awareness of established patterns for each
• First and foremost a builder
• Excited to work in person from the office in London most of the time
• Loves working in a startup environment, with either experience or a strong pull to the zero-to-one phase
• Values working with kind, ambitious, and pragmatic people

We offer

• Relocation assistance to candidates moving to London
• Compensation slightly above market on salary and above market on equity
• Work in person five days per week in a new, bright, and spacious office at Old Street

Hiring process

• Mention "I found this job at Remocate!" when applying
