This role is essential for ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining high compliance standards in line with FCA regulations.

Manage onboarding of new clients in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Conduct KYC/AML checks and due diligence for corporate and individual clients
Review and verify identification documents and other onboarding materials
Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to escalate any red flags or suspicious activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems
Communicate with clients (primarily in Russian and English) to request documents and clarify information
Contribute to the improvement of onboarding workflows and procedures

2+ years of experience in KYC/onboarding/compliance within fintech or financial services
Solid understanding of UK/EU AML regulations and client due diligence processes
Experience working with corporate clients, including onboarding and servicing iGaming companies, is required
Native Russian speaker; English B2+
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
