This role involves developing and executing marketing plans for Southeast Asian markets, managing promotional teams, and analyzing market performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop the company's marketing plans, promotional strategies, and execution plans.
• Analyze Southeast Asian markets, including Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, covering user behavior, competitors, and available marketing channels.
• Manage the promotions team and monitor daily marketing performance, conversions, and execution quality.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering new member acquisition, engagement, retention, deposits, and conversions.
• Develop market-specific promotional strategies and coordinate improvements to outreach messaging, campaigns, and channel spending.
• Identify issues in marketing activities, report them to management, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to execute marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring targets are met.
• Handle other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience in marketing, promotions, operations, or sales management.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following markets: Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Hands-on experience in these markets is preferred.
• Understanding of Southeast Asian user behavior, promotional channels, competitors, and local marketing practices.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify market issues through data and recommend improvements.
• Team management experience and the ability to lead a promotions team to achieve targets.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with promotions, customer service, operations, and finance teams.
• A strong sense of responsibility, effective execution skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required; strong written Chinese communication skills are preferred.
