Aivanta Tech Inc is seeking experienced Software Engineers with 8+ years of hands-on experience in software design, development, testing, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in software engineering principles, application development, system architecture, and problem-solving. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into software solutions.
Develop efficient, reusable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Design and implement APIs, microservices, and application integrations.
Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases to manage and optimize data.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and development teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Support software deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure application security and reliability.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software engineering or application development.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with software development frameworks and application architecture.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
Any visa status accepted.
Must be open to W2 marketing.
Must be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States.
Must be available for client interviews.
