Join Ping Identity's AI & Data Platform team as a Software Quality Engineer to architect, build, and scale the ML platform that powers intelligent identity products.

Responsibilities

Review software requirements and specifications to understand functionality, scope, and potential risks
Design, write, and execute manual test cases for complex features, ensuring test coverage, stability, and regression validation
Set up and configure test environments for both mobile applications and server-side components to ensure accurate and efficient testing
Communicate effectively with developers, QA team members, product managers, and automation engineers to understand requirements, discuss issues, and ensure alignment with QA best practices
Verify and validate defect fixes to ensure issues are properly resolved
Identify, document, and report defects using test management tools

Requirements

Background of technical work experience in previous jobs / military
Familiar with basic QA methodologies
High level of English written and spoken

Nice to have

Worked in a client-server environment
Familiar with cloud based systems
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira)
