Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain .NET applications and services in production
• Investigate incidents, troubleshoot defects, and identify root causes
• Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedure

Requirements

• .NET and C#: Core with 5-7 Years of experience
• Production troubleshooting: Root-cause analysis, incident response, log analysis, debugging

Nice to have

• Experience supporting production .NET applications
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools
