Ajaib Group is an Indonesian fintech unicorn breaking barriers to financial access, backed by premier global investors. This role is for the dynamic cloud infrastructure team to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of their digital banking platform, leveraging deep technical expertise to build, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (servers, networks, storage) for our digital banking platform
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of IT systems
• Manage and optimize data storage, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Design and implement scalable developer tooling to accommodate the growth of engineering teams
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance the efficiency of software development and deployment processes
• Automate infrastructure as code processes
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Deeply understand the business and manage the high availability of financial services, continuously improving the business SLA
• Identify system weaknesses through comprehensive data operations (availability metrics, historical incidents, resource utilization) and implement improvement projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE in a cloud environment
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet)
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of networking and security principles
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
