Head of Regional Operations — Employment Law

We are looking for an experienced Head of Regional Operations with a strong legal background to navigate complex employment matters, advise on different engagement models, and ensure compliance across regional operations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law; a specialization in International Law is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role or a similar position
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong knowledge of employment and labour law
• Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment agreements, B2B/contractor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and IP-related documentation
• Practical understanding of B2B, self-employment, individual entrepreneur, and contractor engagement models
• Experience assessing worker classification and mitigating misclassification risks
• Knowledge of GDPR and employee data protection requirements
