Senior Growth Analyst (iGaming / CS2 Skin Gaming)

We are a major force in the Counter-Strike case opening market, running high-traffic skin gaming products for a global player base. Our platforms are live, scaling, and built on player experience, speed, and trust.

You will work at the intersection of growth, analytics, and CRM to understand what drives acquisition, deposits, retention, and long-term value. You will go beyond dashboards: question assumptions, investigate surprises, and explain clearly what the numbers mean for the business.

Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition, registration-to-deposit conversion, FTD, retention, and reactivation
• Measure bonus and promo performance, costs, and ROI
• Find funnel friction from signup to repeat deposits and recommend data-backed fixes
• Design and analyze A/B tests and turn results into clear recommendations
• Build player segments (high-value, at-risk, dormant) for targeted CRM
• Track LTV, ARPU, churn, GGR, and NGR
• Build reliable SQL/Python analytics, dashboards, and reports, and flag data-quality issues

Requirements

• Proven experience in online crypto casino, or skin/CS2 gaming
• Strong SQL and comfort with large datasets
• Solid statistics: confidence intervals, A/B testing
• Strong grasp of iGaming metrics (FTD, retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, GGR, NGR, bonus ROI)
• Commercial mindset and the ability to explain data to non-analysts
