As a Senior Product Manager at Eleos Health, you will lead the end-to-end research, development, rollout, and optimization of new products, acting as a primary domain owner and connecting technical, clinical, and business worlds.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end research, development, rollout, and optimization of new products in a dynamic and uncertain environment
Own product strategy within a key domain, balancing net-new innovation with scaling existing product lines
Develop and manage product roadmaps and feature backlogs that align with customer needs and strategic goals
Collaborate with engineering, data science, customer success, and sales to bring high-impact solutions to market
Conduct complex data analysis to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making
Champion market education efforts to support new product adoption

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of defining and launching successful products
Strong product intuition paired with executional excellence
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

Experience working with data science or AI/ML-driven products is a strong advantage
Experience in healthtech or behavioral health domains
Background in user research or human-centered design
Exposure to startup environments and scaling product teams
