Wolt, part of DoorDash, is looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment across Marketplace, B2B, and SevenRooms for Wolt and Deliveroo as the companies bring their recruitment teams together into one EMEA organisation. This is a senior leadership role managing geographically distributed recruitment managers and recruiters, shaping hiring strategy, and building a consistent recruitment delivery model across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop recruitment managers and individual contributors across EMEA
Own recruitment strategy for Marketplace, B2B, and SevenRooms across Wolt and Deliveroo
Partner with senior business, Finance, and People leaders to translate business priorities into hiring plans
Forecast recruitment demand, plan team capacity, and allocate resources effectively
Drive hiring performance against key metrics, including time to fill, conversion rates, offer acceptance, and candidate experience
Improve sourcing, assessment, and interviewing practices across teams
Lead recruitment teams through organisational integration and change
Champion structured, fair, and inclusive hiring practices

Requirements

Experience leading recruitment managers and geographically distributed recruiting teams
Strong background in business and commercial recruitment across different business models
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge business assumptions constructively
Experience translating workforce forecasts into recruitment strategies and capacity plans
Strong command of recruitment analytics, productivity metrics, and hiring performance
Understanding of recruitment complexities across multiple EMEA markets
Ability to develop leaders, improve team performance, and manage competing business priorities

Nice to have

Experience leading organisational change and implementing new recruitment structures or processes
Experience integrating recruitment teams or operating models across different brands, countries, or acquired businesses
