Requirements
- 5+ years in HR/People Operations within fast-growing tech/product environments.
- Proven track record of designing and rolling out performance frameworks and career leveling from scratch.
- Exceptional coaching skills for senior leaders and new managers alike.
- End-to-end execution capability
Nice to have
- Experience scaling tech teams from ~150 to 300+ people.
- Background in Organizational Design (OD) or people management experience.
