This role focuses on scaling the affiliate network in LATAM and driving growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard partners (media buyers, influencers, webmasters, Telegram/WhatsApp networks)
• Negotiate and structure deals (CPA, Hybrid, RevShare)
• Monitor performance metrics: clicks, FTD, NGR, and ROI
• Optimize campaigns, test creatives, and ensure traffic quality and anti-fraud control
