Elite engineer: Go + Python, but can work in any language, ships fast with Cursor, can deploy AI/ML when needed
AWS adept: loves AWS, can take things from idea to production without hand holding
Understands the difference between building software and building a business
Comfortable with changing priorities, incomplete specs and figuring shit out as we go
Can live in chaos
