We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build, stabilize, and operate AI systems in production. You will develop agent-based workflows, integrate large language model capabilities, and improve existing systems for reliability, maintainability, and scale. This role requires hands-on ownership across application development and operations. You will work with engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders to resolve technical debt, address operational issues, communicate trade-offs, and deliver practical solutions in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and improve AI-driven systems, including agent-based workflows.
Develop and integrate AI capabilities through REST APIs and backend services.
Debug, refactor, and stabilize AI and LLM systems operating in production.
Deploy, monitor, and operate AI services in the cloud using CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
Work with engineers to reduce technical debt and resolve operational issues incrementally.
Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs clearly to product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders.
Take ownership of practical delivery, system reliability, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

Senior-level experience with 5+ years in software or AI engineering.
C1 English level or higher.
Strong Python programming skills with FastAPI or an equivalent framework.
Production experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
Experience designing APIs and microservices.
Experience deploying and operating services on AWS or another major cloud platform.
Experience with REST APIs, backend services, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
Hands-on experience debugging, stabilizing, and scaling production AI systems.
Hands-on experience with Cloud Deployment, Production Operations.
