Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer acceptance.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates

skills and experience.

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure an excellent hiring experience.

Requirements

2+ years of recruitment experience (agency experience is a plus).
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
English B2-C1 must
