We are looking for a Junior ASO Specialist who wants to grow in working with main and alternative app stores, and later in ad monetization and game promotion in general.

Responsibilities

Run A/B tests of graphic and text elements of app pages in Google Play, the App Store and alternative stores
Analyze test results
Launch events in the App Store and Google Play, prepare and submit featuring requests
Analyze results and evaluate the effectiveness of these activities
Build keyword sets (semantic core) and prepare metadata for main and alternative stores
Create and update game pages in alternative stores: RuStore, Vivo, OPPO, Xiaomi, Steam, Microsoft Store and others
Analyze the impact of the changes
Take part in the marketing team's creative meetings
Later on: update ad units, set up apps in ad networks, and run social media according to the content plan

Requirements

Knowledge of metadata optimization, keyword research and cross-localization
Understanding of A/B testing tools (Store Listing Experiments, Product Page Optimization)
Experience with ASO tools: AppTweak, ASOdesk, AppFollow or similar
Experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console, or willingness to learn them quickly
Written English at B1–B2 level for correspondence with stores and ad networks
Confident use of Google Sheets and AI tools
Accuracy and attention to detail

Nice to have

Writing experience: a degree in philology or linguistics, or copywriting
Experience with Steam and the MS Store
Familiarity with AppLovin MAX and ad network dashboards
Interest in marketing beyond ASO, such as social media
