An experienced and strategic CRM Department Manager is sought to lead a team in Dubai. This role involves guiding CRM Specialists, owning system performance, and driving data strategy for customer retention and operational efficiency globally.

- Execute department-wide strategies that drive engagement and long-term customer value
- Oversee CRM configuration, workflow design, and overall platform optimization
- Lead behavioral analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management
- Continuously refine processes and drive automation to elevate customer satisfaction
Требования
- Minimum 5+ years of CRM experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven background within the Forex or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written
- A natural leader with exceptional organization and problem-solving abilities
