As a Software Engineer, you will review AI-generated code and compare it with how you would write the solution yourself. Your role will focus on reviewing AI-generated solutions, finding mistakes, and uncovering reasoning gaps.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated code, technical solutions, and engineering approaches
Identify bugs, incorrect assumptions, architectural issues, and weak reasoning in AI responses
Test and evaluate agentic coding models designed to perform complex engineering tasks at a senior developer level
Compare AI-generated solutions against senior engineering standards and best practices

Requirements

At least 3-6 years of commercial experience developing Python backend
Strong experience with Django
Use AI tools (AI agents, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar) in daily workflow
Experience working with existing codebases and unfamiliar repositories
Good understanding of REST API and backend architecture
Strong SQLAlchemy / PostgreSQL skills (complex queries, ORM patterns, performance)
Experience writing unit tests using Pytest or similar frameworks
Experience with Docker and Docker Compose
Ability to independently analyze code and identify bugs or inconsistencies
Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
Due to specific project requirements, unable to consider candidates actively working in iGaming, online gambling, primary focus on cryptocurrency, or closely related industries

Nice to have

Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs (REST API, or webhooks etc)
Experience with Pydantic model, Postgres SQL DB, AWS, Any data processing skills
Computer Science or related education
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
