This role involves designing, building, and deploying agentic systems for a data security and cyber resilience company.

Own agent systems end to end: understand the workflow, design the architecture, write the code, deploy, and run it in production
Redesign real business work around agents that carry it end to end and ship it as the new way that part of Rubrik operates
Engineer robust, production-grade infrastructure around model endpoints, integrating custom tooling, context pipelines, automated evaluations, and defensive guardrails
Ensure resilience of agent systems against unstructured real-world data
Decide whether a problem needs an agent, a simpler automation, or nothing at all, with authority to stop or re-scope work that will not deliver impact

Senior engineer who has already shipped agents that real people rely on
Experience building production-grade systems around LLM endpoints, including tooling, context pipelines and evaluations
Thrives in ambiguous environments with a low-ego mindset
