This is an interim CFO role for a PE-backed SaaS company.

Requirements

• SaaS experience
• Experience with a PE-backed exit
• Strong financial modeling and FP&AA background, specifically around exit preparation
• Experience operating at a similar-sized company (~$200M revenue)
• Investment banking experience is a plus, particularly someone who started in banking and moved into an operating finance/FP&A Role
