This role provides functional support for SAP Accounts Payable processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, payment execution, vendor master data, and Business Partner management
• Support and troubleshoot production issues related to AP operations, payment runs, banking integrations, VIM workflows, and invoice processing
• Perform root cause analysis of incidents and coordinate resolution across SAP, middleware, banking, and third-party solutions
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP solution designs
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployments for AP-related enhancements
• Collaborate with global procurement, treasury, finance, and IT teams to support end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes
• Monitor and support payment interfaces, including XML, IDoc, SWIFT, and bank connectivity solutions
• Support invoice automation solutions including OpenText VIM, OCR, and related integrations

• SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting (FI)
• SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting Certification
• Vendor Master and Business Partner Management
• Payment Program and Banking Configuration
• End-to-End Source-to-Pay Process Knowledge
• FI-MM Integration
• OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
• OCR-based Invoice Processing Solutions
• Payment interfaces (XML, IDoc, SWIFT)
• Banking Connectivity and Electronic Payments
• Source-to-Contract and Accounts Payable Integrations
