Akuo is a French renewable energy producer (wind, solar and storage) with a total capacity in operation and construction of 2.1 GW and a project portfolio of over 10 GW. With over 450 employees, the group develops projects in more than fifteen countries.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, develop and evolve complex or critical analytical transformations autonomously, in compliance with standards defined by the Data Office.
• Guarantee the reliability, robustness, performance and industrialization of processing, and define associated reusable patterns.
• Diagnose and resolve complex anomalies, then assist Analytics Engineers in their prevention and treatment.
• Lead the design and evolution of complex analytical and semantic models, and carry out design reviews.
• Challenge and secure the definition of measures, KPIs, hierarchies and calculation rules with business lines.
• Guarantee the consistency, performance, documentation, maintainability and reusability of data products.
• Design and supervise complex, strategic or highly visible reports and dashboards.
• Translate and challenge business needs to propose relevant, reliable and decision-oriented reports.
• Guarantee the cross-functional consistency of indicators, management rules and visualizations, and train the team in good BI practices.
• Define and enforce controls to guarantee the quality of data, models and indicators.
• Guarantee the completeness and quality of lineage, documentation, dictionaries and business glossary.
• Analyze complex anomalies, lead their remediation and assist the team in applying governance standards.
• Be the reference for business teams on complex analytical and BI subjects within your scope.
• Collect, challenge and arbitrate needs to propose adapted, robust and reusable analytical solutions.
• Support users, train Analytics Engineers and contribute to their upskilling through reviews and sharing of good practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, mastering the entire analytical data lifecycle, from transformation to reporting.
• Expertise in data modeling and design of complex, reusable and high-performance semantic models.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, and Power BI, including structuring robust dbt projects, optimizing DAX models and measures, and resolving performance issues.
• Experience in industrializing the analytical layer (best practices, CI/CD, quality, documentation), with true autonomy on complex subjects.
• Fluency in English is required for communication with non-French speaking team members.
